MEMBERSHIP MENTOR COMMITTEE WALK-AROUND

Our Membership Committee kicked off their 2025 Business Walkarounds with a visit to the Westbard neighborhood. While checking in with members like Georgetown Bagelry, our Chamber Ambassadors also visited some of the newer businesses that opened their doors to the community within the past year. We look forward to our next walkaround on July 15^th as we visit the businesses in Downtown Bethesda. Don't forget to register for our next Membership Mentor Committee Meeting back in the GBCC Boardroom on Tuesday, May 20th, at 9:00 AM.

HEALTH & WELLNESS COMMITTEE HAPPY HOUR

Our Health & Wellness Committee hosted their first quarterly networking happy hour at Fitness for Health in North Bethesda. Founder Marc Sickle and his staff provided the perfect atmosphere to encourage connections, relaxation, and a few light exercises.  Guests enjoyed light refreshments and healthy snacks courtesy of EatWellBeWell and Juice Plus+. The casual event provided a great opportunity to unwind, share wellness tips, and strengthen community within the committee. Thank you to all who attended and be sure to register for our next regular meeting on Thursday, May 8th, at 9:00 AM.
