As a business owner, it helps to have the right people ready to take over key roles when you are ready to retire. It's like having a plan in place for who will lead the company in the future. This involves choosing potential leaders, helping them learn and gain experience, and making a detailed plan for how to handle leadership changes smoothly. By doing this, a company can avoid problems when leaders change and ensure it continues to grow and succeed.
