Our November edition of Admissions News highlights special October events. Chaminade students enjoyed taking part in competitive sports activities, school rallies, prayer services, and special Halloween festivities.

We begin the month of November feeling grateful and blessed to have started the year strong, in our wonderful campus and community. We hope you will join us this month for our annual Open House on Sunday, November 17. Mark your calendars, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Blessing of the Animals

On October 8, we celebrated the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi with over 250 pets. Families brought their beloved animals of all kinds to be blessed and participate in our annual parade, commemorating the life of this Catholic Saint.

Dig Pink
Designed to educate and empower young athletes, Dig Pink teaches the value and importance of giving back to the community, working as a team, and taking the initiative to get involved. Chaminade volleyball teams united our community by hosting events that created impactful experiences and built positive team culture, while fundraising for breast cancer research.
Bright Lights,
Big City

From Las Vegas to Chicago to New York, each of our 8 Houses took on a different city theme at our annual Homecoming Rally. House Parents and students worked together to decorate and transform our gymnasium to become, "Bright Lights, Big City." With different dress themes each day, students sported their spirit and prepared to celebrate our annual Homecoming Game at our high school campus.
Back to Back Champions

This season, Chaminade boys had the challenge of defending their Delphic League title. The runners ultimately defeated twelve schools in the Delphic League Finals to become back-to-back champions. In addition, Aiden Weinstein, Matt Evans, Matt Churchill, and Victor Quiroz finished in the top ten overall. Go Eagles!
Walking for a Cause
Team Chaminade participated in a walk at Warner Center for the annual "Light the Night" fundraiser on October 5th. Our students raised over $31,000 to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
