Pine Street (north) - Main Street to Kilburn Street:
Crews will continue installing permanent line striping and pavement markings along Pine Street between Main Street and Kilburn Street as weather allows. This work is anticipated to take place throughout the week. This work is highly dependent on weather and other variables, making the schedule subject to change.
Pine Street will be restricted to local traffic only, access to businesses and residences will be maintained. Traffic holds and lane closures with alternating one-way traffic or traffic shifts will be in effect. Traffic, especially traffic entering or exiting driveways on Pine Street, may be held for up to 30 minutes while the epoxy cures. Cure times are dependent on temperature. Motorists are advised to plan extra travel time. This work will cause major impacts to traffic; motorists should expect delays and seek alternate routes whenever possible. A detour route will be signed utilizing Kilburn Street, St. Paul Street, and College Street.
Crews will be adding gravel and topsoil along sidewalks and driveways along Pine Street between Main Street and Kilburn Street and will make structure adjustments throughout the area. In addition, crews will continue installing permanent roadway signage.

Active construction continues along this segment, which includes the movement and transport of construction vehicles, equipment, and materials. All other access (vehicular, pedestrian, or bicycle) is strictly prohibited.
