Traffic impact highlights for the Champlain Parkway Project for Monday, January 12, through Friday, January 16, are listed below:

Pine Street – Main Street, King Street, and Maple Street Intersections: Potential for lane closures or shifts to facilitate traffic signal work.

Future Champlain Parkway – I-189 to Home Avenue: Fully closed, all traffic strictly prohibited.

Traffic impact highlights for the Main Street – Great Streets Project for Monday, January 12, through Friday, January 16, are listed below:
- The Main St. corridor is open for the winter to through-traffic.
- While some pedestrian detours may be in place, pedestrian access is maintained throughout the entire project area unless otherwise noted.
- SDI will continue with a limited number of minimal impact activities, such as sign and signal work. This work may at times require parking lanes or temporary traffic shifts, but through-traffic will be maintained at all times. Parking is otherwise available throughout the corridor.

S. Winooski Avenue: Main Street - King Street: Unrelated project work from a private developer will limit travel to southbound traffic only. This pattern will be in place until further notice.

Pine Street (north) - Main Street to Kilburn Street:
There is the potential for crews to continue traffic signal installation work at the Pine Street intersections with Main Street, King Street, and Maple Street. This work may require lane closures and shifts. Flaggers will be present to assist motorists through the work zone.
Off the Roadway along the Future Champlain Parkway Alignment:
Work continues along the future Champlain Parkway alignment between Home Avenue and I-189. Crews will work to make the streetlights along the Champlain Parkway operational. This work will take place off the roadway along the closed section of the Champlain Parkway, with no impacts to traffic.
| | The segment of the Champlain Parkway between Interstate 189 and Home Avenue is not completed and is not open for public access. Active construction continues along this segment, which includes the movement and transport of construction vehicles, equipment, and materials. All other access (vehicular, pedestrian, or bicycle) is strictly prohibited. | | The Champlain Parkway Project spans a 2.8-mile area from the I-189 intersection with US 7 to Lakeside Avenue, and includes upgrades to Lakeside Avenue, and improvements to the section of Pine Street between Lakeside Avenue and Main Street. | | |
The initial contract, conditionally accepted in December 2024, included the construction of the Champlain Parkway from Home Avenue to Lakeside Avenue, upgrades to Lakeside Avenue, and improvements to the section of Pine Street between Lakeside Avenue and Kilburn Street.
The final contract, which broke ground in January 2025, includes the construction of the Champlain Parkway from existing I-189 near its intersection with U.S. Route 7 to Home Avenue and the section of Pine Street between Kilburn Street and Main Street.
