CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:

Crews will continue work on utilities with a focus on the installation of stormwater infrastructure, underdrain, and electrical and telecommunication utilities. Some of this work will be completed under road and lane closures as described above.

Crews will continue installing stormwater infrastructure between Flynn and Home Avenues. This work will include installing the mainline along Briggs Street and Batchelder Street continuing south and the connection to Morse Place. The work will require traffic shifts along Briggs Street and the closure of Morse Place at its intersection with Briggs Street.

Crews will continue installing underdrain along the parkways alignment beginning just north of Flynn Avenue working south towards Home Avenue. This work will take place off the roadway. This work will require closures of Morse Place and Lyman Avenue at their intersection with the parkway alignment to complete those segments.

In addition, crews will complete sewer manhole work on Lyman Avenue.

Crews continue working on electrical and telecommunications work for residences on Briggs Street and Lyman Avenue. This work will require service connections to residences over the upcoming weeks. All property owners have been notified.

Independent utility companies will be onsite over the next several weeks relocating existing utilities. There is the potential for utility service disruptions as part of this work. Impacted businesses and residents will be notified in advance by the independent utility companies.
