This work will be completed during the daytime hours under single-lane closures with alternating east-west traffic along Flynn Avenue starting west of the intersection with Briggs Street. The roadway is anticipated to reopen each evening. Driveway access will be maintained along Flynn Avenue, and businesses will remain open.
