The INBOUND direction of the Champlain Parkway (northbound) between Interstate 189 westbound and Home Avenue is now open 

The inbound direction of the Champlain Parkway (northbound) from I-189 westbound and the on-ramps from Route 7 north and south is now open to the traveling public, as shown in green in the graphic below. Please note, this segment of the Champlain Parkway is a limited access roadway and only accessible by vehicle. Pedestrians and bicycles will remain strictly prohibited along this segment.

CHAMPLAIN PARKWAY LIMITED ACCESS ROADWAY

PEDESTRIANS AND BICYCLES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED

The section of the Champlain Parkway between I-189 and Home Avenue is a limited access roadway and only accessible by vehicle. Pedestrians and bicycles are strictly prohibited along this segment. 

Champlain Parkway Ribbon Cutting:

City, State, and Federal Partners, Dignitaries, Consultants and Contractors, Other Collaborators, Business Owners, and the general public, gathered at the intersection of Home Avenue and the Champlain Parkway to recognize the substantial completion of the Champlain Parkway Project. The Champlain Parkway is now partially open from Interstate 189 to Lakeside Avenue. The outbound direction between Home Avenue and Interstate 189 is now fully open, but the inbound direction remains closed until later this evening.
