Class A Office Building Breaks Ground at Chandler Freeway Crossing Business Park

Developer Mark IV Capital has broken ground on 2625 at Chandler Freeway Crossing , a 153,370-square-foot, Class A office building within the company's 40-acre Chandler Freeway Crossing business park. The 2625 building joins three existing buildings at the park, which are fully leased to major corporate tenants.

Located on the Price Road Corridor at the northeast corner of the Loop 101/Loop 202 interchange , the three-story building offers 50,790-square-foot floor plates, 14-foot ceilings, a collaborative roof deck for private tenant use, a 6.5/1000 parking ratio and freeway visibility that includes building signage opportunities and a 60-foot tall, freeway-facing monument sign.

Now open in Chandler, the Cambria Hotel Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center features chic and modern accommodations! Perfect for business and leisure visits to Chandler, the hotel is located at the Loop 101/Loop 202 interchange and within walking distance to Chandler Fashion Center mall, restaurants, entertainment and a short drive to many corporate offices. The 136-room hotel is also home to an on-site restaurant and features 1,300 square feet of meeting space.

Chandler Celebrates Science with Annual Science Spectacular Festival

The City of Chandler is celebrating science with a day dedicated to the exploration of invention. The City's annual Science Spectacular showcases businesses, artists, students and innovators in Chandler, as the community participates in the statewide Arizona SciTech Festival.

Science Saturday - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018

Chandler uses 'sneaky science' by entertaining the whole family while explaining how science is important to daily life. At this year's event, we are introducing a new component called the "Chandler Science Saturday Competition." All schools and organizations located within the City's boundaries are welcome to participate, including Chandler schools located in the Kyrene, Tempe Union and Mesa Public school districts. Six winning teams will each be awarded a $500 prize.

Sun Corridor EDGE Program: Get Recognized for Your Company's Export Achievements

Businesses of any size in any sector are encouraged to join the Sun Corridor Economic Development for the Global Economy (EDGE) Program. Now in its second year, the program was created by the Joint Planning Advisory Committee (a planning partnership for the Arizona Sun Corridor) to raise awareness of the importance of international exporting.

The EDGE Program includes three elements: (1) a recognition program to celebrate companies that are succeeding in global markets, (2) a quick survey on barriers faced in exporting, and (3) connections to resources for exporters.

Applications for the EDGE Program may be submitted until Feb. 28. The EDGE event will be held on Apr. 26 to celebrate the achievement of all companies, including the top scoring companies in the Sun Corridor region.
