DeMichele Group Purchases New Building and Announces Move to Chandler Airpark Area
DeMichele Group, a provider of advanced software and equipment for storefront and curtain wall systems, recently announced its purchase of a new, approximately 17,000-square-foot industrial building near the northwest corner of Stearman Drive and Douglas Drive in the Chandler Airpark Area. The company hopes to move into the space within the next month.
"Our growing business required an expansion of space, from 9,000 square feet to 17,149 square feet," said Brian Hefner, Owner and President at DeMichele Group. The facility's convenient location was also a selling point for the company.
Located less than a mile from the Loop 202 SanTan Freeway, the property offers easy access from all parts of the East Valley as well as proximity to retail, entertainment and service amenities.
