OneChange coming to Web-based payment system
The First Data Government Solutions online portal that employers use to remit payments to IMRF will change on July 28. The new portal will help safeguard against malicious cyber-threats.
 
Starting July 28, employers will access the portal via a new website address. Employers who access the portal through Employer Access will be automatically redirected to the new URL. Employers who access the portal through bookmarks saved on browsers will need to update their bookmarks. All employers will need to create a new online username and password to use the new portal.
 
IMRF will provide employers additional information and details in advance of the launch. All questions about the change may be directed to First Data Corporation at 1-800-332-4125.
TwoIMRF's 2016 Annual Report released
IMRF's 2016 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is now available on IMRF's website, www.imrf.org, for download and review. The report includes detailed financial data for the years ended December 31, 2016, and December 31, 2015, and may be reviewed here. 

The report includes financial statements and statistical data, as well as a summary of benefits and commentaries from professional consultants engaged by IMRF, including: an Auditor's Opinion, an Actuary's Report, and an Investment Consultant's Report.
 

Log in to Employer Access to download the 2016 Schedule of Changes in Fiduciary Net Position by Employer, located in the "Annual Documentation" section.

Board Meeting Highlights
At the May 19 Board meeting, the Board:
  • Reviewed the 2016 Actuarial Valuation Report
  • Approved the 2016 Executive Trustee election plan
  • Heard updates on implementing the 2017-2019 Strategic Plan

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held August 18 at 9 AM at IMRF's Oak Brook office.

Earlier this year, IMRF announced the upcoming retirement of Executive Director Louis W. Kosiba. Kosiba has served as IMRF's Executive Director since 2001.
