To All Registered Participants:
Estrella Warbirds Museum and Woodland Auto Display
are very concerned about the COVID-19 virus that is affecting our way of life. We are also very concerned for our visitors and staff.
San Luis Obispo Country Public Health officials announced an order on March 19th for all state residences to shelter in their homes. The shelter-at-home order will remain in place until further notice. County officials say this means all public gatherings outside of homes are strictly prohibited. The Estrella Warbirds Museum and Woodland Auto Display will remain closed until cleared by local health officials.
The Warbirds Wings & Wheels Car Show & Swap Meet scheduled for May 9th has been
rescheduled to September 19th. Dennis Gage & Monte Mills have been agreed to the move date. The barn dance has been rescheduled from May 8
th
to September 18
th
with Monte Mills.
While we understand that this is an inconvenience to everyone with their travel plans, we will be happy to offer two different solutions.
- We will transfer your entry to the September dates for the car show, swap meet and barn dance along with your entry fee with concurrence from you.
- We will be happy to fully refund your entry fee with notice from you. You may reply to this letter or call me at 805-286-5566.
We look forward to seeing each and everyone in September and will continue to make this one of the best events we have hosted at the museum.
Any questions please do not hesitate to give me a call. Stay healthy my friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Best regards,
Carol Verstuyft
