Dear Friends,
For some time now we have been mulling over the best way to continue to serve our clients well while spending more time with family spread across the country, and traveling as often as we can during the time left to us on this big globe we all call “home.”
As of December 1, 2023, we are bidding a very fond farewell to Nest Realty Asheville, our real estate home over the past year. The “Nesters” there were wonderful to work with, providing support and encouragement that helped us get through an extraordinarily busy year.
Going forward, we will be using the S-corporation we established in 2019: Larry Blunt & Associates, LLC. Our contact information is below--please keep it in case you wish to reach out to us at any time. We hope you will.
Our plan is to pare down the number of clients we work with at any given time, continuing to serve each one to the best of our ability while making time for ourselves and our family, too.
Should you need real estate assistance in 2024 or beyond, we would love to hear about your goals and help you reach them if we can. If our timelines won't mesh, we will be pleased to refer you to one of our close associates and pitch in if you or they could use assistance.
At the end of the day, we care about you and your best interests as much as ourselves, which is why we don’t want to take on more than we can handle comfortably for us and successfully for you. We so appreciate the relationships we have formed over these past seven years and look forward to continuing them for many years to come.
