The mail-in payment address has changed for seasoned Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina homebuyers. The new address is provided below:

The initial hello letter and initial payment coupons mailed to the homebuyer after the purchase of the loan will contain the physical address of ServiSolutions same as usual. Homeowners will receive monthly payment letters from ServiSolutions with the updated address after the receipt of the first payment due us.
The Loan Delivery Guide will be updated to show this new payment address.
