Winter Calendar Changes:

Short winter stays are back! We've revised our winter 2026 plans. The 31+ night winter minimum rental has been delayed at least until March 2026. So, for those that love winter getaway weekends at the Beach House, you can still book short stays for 2 nights or more through February.

This change to 2-night minimum may be extended a bit further into late winter too, so if you're interested in a short stay after February, let us know and/or check the website periodically as the site is being fully maintained and updated until after the last guests check out next July.

Regardless of the changes mentioned above, drastic discounts continue to be offered for 31+ night rentals for the entire winter into early Spring.
