Oh yeah, and guess which option above your page is automatically set to?
You guessed it.
Algorithmically ranked (in other words FB chooses for you)
"Why am I seeing this Post?"
Users will be able to see why they are seeing your posts and choose to "snooze" or "unfollow" your page directly from their newsfeed.
What you can do:
It is more vitally important than ever to make sure your posts are engaging, entertaining and helpful. You want your followers to WANT to see your posts. That means avoid too much of the self promotional posts and focus on helpful, inspiring information. While listings are a GREAT way to bring engagement and interest, it can't be the only thing.
Reaching more than just your "followers"
Page Suggestions:
A Page, Group or Post may be suggested to a user if other people they are connected to have previously interacted with that Page, Group or Post.
This can be a great way to build "followers" on your page.
But in order to do this, you MUST be posting consistently- that means daily and this new algorithm is even suggesting that you post at the same time each day.
(There are ways to make sure you do that without driving yourself nuts,
just message me and I'd be happy to share that with you!)
