Collier County Growth Management Changes


CCGM will be working on methods to reduce foot traffic into the building in an attempt to reduce possible exposure to our customers and staff. As a result, CCGM will phasing in some changes.

Following the guidelines to improve social distancing, beginning Wednesday, March 17, 2020, CCGM will start accepting all surveys, elevation certificates, and paper building permits as drop-offs only.

Appointments will not be available until further notice.

Customers are strongly encouraged to utilize the Collier County Portal at https://cvportal.colliergov.net/cityviewweb .

If you do not currently have a portal account, there are several job aids available to assist you with the creation of a portal account, along with instructions on how to submit building permits online.

Two kiosks will be relocated to the front lobby so that staff may begin phasing out access to contractor licensing, building permit corrections, plan reviewer consultation along with other areas of the building.

CCGM will provide you with a contact list of emails and direct telephone numbers of staff as soon as possible. This will allow customers to reach out directly to staff members or groups to requests documents, CO’s, assistance with building permit resolutions, contractor licensing and more.
