Dear RMCC Family,
On October 14, 2024, our giving software company, Vision2, went offline without prior notice. This is why your recurring giving, one-time gifts, and text-to-give numbers are not working now. Vision2 was to migrate our account to a new company before going offline, which didn’t happen.
The new company we will use to facilitate our giving funds is Tithe.ly, a giving software company used by over 39,000 churches worldwide. We are confident that they will be an easier-to-use and more reliable resource.
Our Operations and Website Teams are assisting with migrating to the new program. The recurring gift-givers migrated to the new software today. If your gift was scheduled to come out after October 14th and did not process, please let Terry Zenn know as soon as possible.
For online and text-to-give donations, please bear with us as we set up a new page for giving on the website. The old text-to-give number does not work and the new number may take a week or more to become active. The online donation funds should be available by Sunday.
More information will be shared during Sunday's service. We will send a set-up guide to anyone who wishes to set up a new recurring gift, and it will also be available as a download on the Giving Page.
