NTMCA Members – there are two documents attached, one shows the tracked changes (hopefully it will help each of you as you review the changes) and the other with the changes accepted (this could potentially be our final document if accepted and approved).
The exception being item G. – which we still need to answer: it could mean review of requirements per Article III.
We are asking that the past Bylaw Review Committees look at this and help determine the meaning.
G. Membership/Communications Committee
– description and duties include:
Committee to be comprised of at least 2 members.
§ Coordinate membership drive and encourage attendance at monthly meetings – utilizing TML membership base – Regions 8 and 13.
§ Work with Treasurer to maintain membership list during membership drive.
§ Provide Secretary “News of Interest” to include in newsletters.
o Announcements – retirements, relocations, births (children and grandchildren), etc.
o Achievements – marathon participant, degree, recognition by Council, state, etc.
o Deaths and illnesses.
§ Review membership guidelines on an annual basis.(What does this mean?) (Review of membership tiers and requirements per Article III?

Under our membership tiers, our last sentence states. This person may…. – it feels cold – maybe consider saying This member may…
