As we have been communicating over the past year, the NAIA's traditional Year-End Report (YER) is changing for 2020. Beginning in 2020, the deadline has moved from September 1 to December 1.
The extended deadline is to help schools prepare for the YER's new requirements, including the submission of Return on Athletics® (ROA) data that will require information on a per student basis. For institutions that have not previously submitted ROA data, this will likely require additional effort from your institutional research, IT and/or athletics departments.
We encourage you to forward this email to anyone on your campus who is involved with data submission efforts so they have time to prepare for the new submission process.

A benefit to the new data submission process is that all institutions will have full access to the ROA Insights data analytics tool.
