CHANGES TO INPUT SCREENS

In an effort to streamline listing input and editing, we've created two new tabs in the input form to help you find frequently used fields more quickly.

Remarks/Virtual Tours (VT) have been moved to a separate tab!

This includes Property Description and Supplemental Remarks as well as Virtual Tour Links.

Showing Fields and Open House are now on their own tab. This NEW tab includes all Showing fields, Show/Agent Remarks and Open Houses.

VIRTUAL OPTIONS FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Virtual Open House - A Virtual Open House is a live streaming event at a specific date and time. For pre-recorded videos or Virtual Tours, please see the Virtual Tour option.

RSC has worked closely with its MLS vendor to create a Virtual Open House (VOH) option within the MLS.

Virtual Open Houses are syndicated to IDX vendors and will also appear on PPAR.com, Matrix Client Portals, and Listing Displays within Matrix.

NOTE: During listing input, you may use the NEW "Showing/Open House" tab to add your VOH.

Virtual Tours

While Virtual Tours have been available in PPMLS for quite some time, we want to remind you that this is a great option to allow agents and consumers to view the home anytime, day or night. There are two (2) Virtual Tour fields located on the NEW Remarks/VT Tab in the listing input form in Add/Edit.

Virtual Tours are syndicated to IDX vendors, all third-party syndicators, Matrix Client Portals, and Listing Displays within Matrix.

Property Panorama

Speaking of Virtual Tours, did you know that Property Panorama provides free basic virtual tours as a member benefit to PPMLS subscribers? Click on the Property Panorama link on the Matrix Homepage in External Links to get to your Property Panorama Dashboard. From there, you can activate services or manage your listings and tours. You can also select the Upgrade option to view additional services that Property Panorama can offer, including syndication of your Virtual Tours.

Virtual Showings - A Virtual Showing is a live streaming event at a specific time and date hosted by either the listing agent or buyer's agent

A Virtual Showing may be set up using a Live Streaming method. A link or detailed instructions may be included in the Showing Instructions. The Showing Instructions field now includes an option for “Virtual Only”.
