This message addresses changes to pay dates due to ACH requirements.
All payrolls must be submitted one day earlier
NatPay, the company that handles our ACH transfers (and the largest ACH provider in the U.S.), is requiring all clients to submit payrolls a day earlier: Monday for Thursday, Tuesday for Friday, Thursday for Monday, and Friday for Tuesday pay dates.
Is the 3-day window an issue? Use Wire Transfer Draw Down
The alternative is to use a Wire Transfer Draw Down. A Wire Transfer Draw Down is an agreement between NatPay and your bank to allow wire transfers the day before payday. This is especially helpful if your business cannot meet the 3-day window. If the wire transfer cannot be pulled due to insufficient funds, the payroll will not be processed.

. Complete this at your bank (usually a manager needs to do this). Then fax a copy to BOTH NatPay and PayPlus so that we are aware of your decision to do the wire transfer draw-down each pay period.
