On 2 April 2026, the DoW PPA released Advisory #26-0068, providing a much needed change to the FSC Table and showing that Industry's concerns are being heard.
Effective 5 April 2026, the fuel surcharge will be adjusted on a weekly basis, versus the previous monthly adjustment, and will remain as such until further notice. This is a positive and significant change that will more accurately reflect the national average in “real time” and provide better compensation to our agent family. Shipment periods will run weekly Sunday through Saturday. For the period 4/5/26 - 4/11/26, the D19/400NG rate is at 15%.
