NEW DIRECTOR OF PRECON

We are excited to welcome Aaron Shwom to our team as our first-ever director of preconstruction.

Aaron will provide strategic oversight to our project management teams to create project consistency from concept to completion.

RECENT PROJECT SPOTLIGHTS

ELEMENT CARE PACE CENTERS

We wrapped construction on two Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) centers in Brighton and Lynn, MA, for long-time client Element Care and celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

PIAB

28,000 sf renovation for a gripping solutions manufacturer to expand their office space and manufacturing capabilities. Construction included VC labs, a training room with compressed air drops for product demos, a pump assembly room, a compressor room, and a new mezzanine with a roof.

REFEYN

Renovation of existing office space and BSL 1 lab and construction of a new BSL 2 lab, including workbench areas, laser curtains, and reworked gas lines and MEPs. Within the office space we constructed a large conference room with a demountable glass partition.

BOSTON UNIVERSITY LGBTQIA+ STUDENT CENTER

We completed this interior renovation to create a dedicated space for LGBTQIA+ students. Features included a large common area with flexible furniture, a resource library, a study nook, and private meeting and office spaces.

CT SCAN FACILITY

Two-phase renovation transforming an existing sports medicine ward into a large animal CT scanning facility. The scope included the construction of farm animal holding areas, forklift storage, and an examination room.

TEAM CHAPPENINGS

Our team of six riders pedaled 162 miles and raised nearly $40K for cancer research in the 125th Pan-Mass Challenge.

We got together with co-workers and their families at our annual Ode to Summer party.

We celebrated our 40th year in business by throwing it back to 1984.

We laughed and cried at Rosie's Place's annual Funny Women...Serious Business Luncheon as they celebrated 50 years of supporting women experiencing poverty and homelessness in Boston.

We volunteered at the 25th Annual United Way Gratitude Project and packed Thanksgiving meal bags that were distributed to families across our region.
