Melissa's Motivation
of the Month
My friends,
As you deserve all of the options available to you, while you give yourself every chance, feelings may arise that tell you: You aren't motivated or positive enough. Maybe some ghosts from the past will accompany you, like when my brain reminds me of my independent walking days. Keep going, even when you hate it, for another minute , two, five. Right now, you are doing the best you can, and your best might change from day to day. Counter the criticisms with your successes, no matter how small. Chances are your victories aren't small.
                        ~Melissa Taylor~
