Advisers, please follow up with your accounting personnel within your school/district to ensure that all of your invoices are paid. You will not be able to register for SLC if you have any outstanding invoices for Camp or FLC. Additionally, please make sure that POs and payments are made out to the correct payee. Arizona FCCLA (office in OK) invoices for Arizona events registration. National FCCLA (office in VA) invoices for membership/affiliation dues. The invoices and registration will also indicate which address should be referenced in purchase requisitions.

To be eligible to register for State Leadership Conference, students must be affiliated with the national office. This means a physical payment must be made and processed by the national office. Click here to access the Chapter Affiliation Instructions.

All chapters must complete this form every year to register for any Arizona FCCLA sponsored conferences or events. You will need to provide the following information to complete the form: Chapter Bylaws, Chapter Program of Work, Chapter Officer Names, Positions, Emails, and Phone Numbers – this is how the State Executive Council will communicate with your local chapter officers. Arizona CTE and CTSOs are organizing the 2nd Annual Middle School (Grades 5-8) Career Exploration Conference on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
