Congratulations! You made it to the final sprint of 2024. While a lot of us have our heads down, working towards that final philanthropic push of the season, it’s hard not to look to the holidays and the new year.

With the new year comes new goals and opportunities. Perhaps you want to focus in on growing your skills toolbox. Consider applying to help lead the 2025 Maritime Fundraising Conference or plan your PD budget knowing that AFP Nova Scotia’s educational offerings are returning in 2025!

In honour of National Philanthropy Day, our AFP Nova Scotia chapter invites you to indulge in our theme of “staying connected” and RSVP to our end of year meet & greet on December 11, 2024 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bauld Centre, Africadian Empowerment Academy, 18 Wilfred Jackson Way, Westphal, NS.

A lot of us are in our “busy seasons” but I hope you can take a moment to breathe and connect with your AFP Nova Scotia community for a cup of cheer, a delightful snack, and enjoy the company of your fundraising friends.

The AFP Foundation for Philanthropy is proud to offer the Chamberlain Scholarship Program for AFP ICON 2025 to be held in Seattle, WA from April 27 – 29, 2025.
