Dear Parents,

School Parent/Teacher Conferences are set for Monday, November 4, 2024. This year conferences will be scheduled through an external website: myconferencetime.com/scb. If you have one student at St. Charles, then you can click on that child's homeroom teacher, enter your child's name, and select a time slot. If you have multiple children at St. Charles, then you need to first click "Register for Multiple Time Slots." Then you can enter the student names, pick the appropriate homeroom teachers, and pick time slots.

We ask that you only schedule conferences with your child's homeroom teacher. Special teachers, (art, music, PE, computer, Spanish, library, as well as Mrs. McGough-Intervention Specialist), will also be available for you to schedule a conference if needed.

Report cards were sent home digitally today through Digital Academy.

Thank you for a successful first quarter.

Rosary Club Starting Soon!

JOIN OUR 2024-2025 ST. CHARLES ROSARY CLUB Earn Service Hours Too!

All 5th-grade through 8th-grade students are welcome!

Rosary Club is an after-school activity that is open to 5th -8 8th graders. We make rosaries with plastic beads strung on a cord and held together with knots and then we send them to missionaries throughout the world who use them to spread the Word of God.

We are serving the Lord in this ministry of evangelization by helping to spread Our Blessed Mother’s special prayer. So, our members earn Service Hours for the time they spend making rosaries at our meetings! We meet from 2:45-3:45 on the first Thursday of each month in Mrs. Waker’s homeroom beginning on Thursday, Nov. 7 (Our January meeting will be on

the second Thursday of the month because of Christmas break).

***SEE ALL MEETING DATES BELOW***

Both Mrs. Waker and I will be at all of the meetings to teach, help, encourage, and pray with our rosary makers.

You do not have to be at every meeting but we’d love for you to join us as often as you can☺

To attend Rosary Club, please have a parent fill out the form below and

return it to your Religion teacher before the first meeting you attend.

You’ll need to be PICKED UP IN FRONT OF SCHOOL AT 3:45 ON MEETING DAYS.
