Final Yearbook Orders Due by Friday, June 5th
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with the auction team to use their platform for collecting orders and payments from anyone who missed the yearbook pre-ordering window.

If you missed ordering a yearbook through Lifetouch earlier this year, please visit https://yearbooksale.cherrycrest-ptsa.org to place your order by Friday, June 5th.

Information about yearbook distribution will be coming in a future newsletter. Note: There will be no additional copies available for purchase this school year although a few may be available in the fall at a higher price if supplies are available.
Year End Financial Review for the PTSA
Twice a year we have a small group of interested people participate in reviewing our financial information. This helps finding areas where we can improve and makes sure our “books” and documentation are correct. It is kind of a mini-audit, and there is an easy-to-follow checklist to look through the information provided by the Treasurer.

We need your help to complete this by June 30th. Please contact treasurer@cherrycrest-ptsa.org if you are interested.

Hopelink Mobile Market
The Hopelink Mobile Market took to the streets at Lake Hills Elementary in May! For the first week Hopelink saw 50 families, over 200 individuals and distributed 70 boxes of pre-packaged food! Each household was able to pick up enough food for at least 21 meals per visit. Thank you, Hopelink!

For those who missed the Hopelink Mobile Market - it will be returning to Bellevue on June 10 and June 24! See Hopelink Mobile Market for more details.
A Message from Mr. Toymaker
Hello Cherry Crest students and families!

I’ve missed visiting your school these past couple of months, but I’ve been busy in the workshop making videos about cool toys you can build at home – you just need some everyday materials (cardboard, rubber bands, etc.) – and your imagination! Here are links to the first three videos:

More videos are in the works, so stay tuned!

Have fun building these toys and coming up with your own variations – and hope to see you next year!

Sincerely,
Rick Hartman, 'Mr. Toymaker'
