Cherry Crest Walkathon is Friday, October 4th
Let's celebrate Cherry Crest’s 50th Anniversary with a Color Walkathon Party! Inspired by the Holi Festival, our theme is A World of Colors to highlight the fantastic diversity in our community.

After walking from 2:30-4pm, we'll have a Fun Festival from 4-6pm with carnival games led by 5th graders and live music by Grammy-nominated band Recess Monkey . Come hungry because we’ll have an awes ome line-up of food trucks featuring The Roll Pod , Mami Tran , ChicagoWest Hot Dogs, and Jessica's Unique Bite Burgers. This family event is open to all, so invite your friends, family and neighbors!

All Cherry Crest students will receive a Walkathon t-shirt to wear on Walkathon day featuring the winning design from one of our Cherry Crest students - winner to be announced soon! Our kids are excited to collect donations and walk lots of laps, with prizes going to classes raising the most money and reaching their goals.

100% of the proceeds from our Walkathon covers things like Teacher Aides in the classrooms and curriculum enhancement for all grades.
