Take Action!
Walk-a-thon We Exceed Our Goal
Thank you for all the parents who donated and volunteered to make the first successful Walk-a-thon event ever. We exceed our fundraising goal! This Thursday we will wrap up and celebrate all the kids hard work (and fun) at the Walk-a-thon. The class that had the most students reach their lap goal will get to slime Mr. Steer at an assembly on Thursday. At the assembly we will announce to the students how much has been raised to help fund school curriculum enhancement and community building activities. Thank you all again for all your support!

Unity Day on October 23
This is a day where we encourage students to stand together against bullying and be united for kindness, inclusion and acceptance . The official color for unity day is orange and all students & staff are encouraged to wear orange to school . As a school-wide project, we are creating a Unity Tree where each student will write on a leaf how they can stand up against bullying and how they can show kindness and acceptance of others. All of the leaves will be added to a tree in Charger Stadium standing as a powerful symbol reminding everyone that bullying can be prevented when we all come together – united for kindness, acceptance and inclusion.

Questions? Contact school counselor Marissa Krauskopf .
