Arete Archery Update
Our Arete Prep Advanced Archers competed in NASP state competition last weekend here at Arete. We are awaiting official results, but expect many of our archers and teams to qualify for NASP nationals, which will take place on April, 24th. That will give the Chargers the opportunity to qualify for World competition.
Tax Credit Tuesdays Continue!
By the April 15th deadline, contribute your Arizona State Tax Credit to directly impact Arete athletics and clubs. Your tax credit, and each "+1" from family and friends gives your student a chance at a weekly drawing for Chargers swag, snacks, gift cards, and more!

Last week's winners were:

Athletic Training Update- Spring 2021
ATI physical therapy continues to help protect Arete Prep athletes and our community. ATI has many valley locations, including a few just miles from our campus. Our head Athletic Trainer Greg Keuter (MS, ATC, PES) will be on campus for diagnosis, evaluation, and clinical hours Mondays from 3:30pm-5:30pm.

*Our athletic training room does not have most modalities needed for proper treatment and rehab of injuries. Many athletes will be referred to an ATI clinic when applicable. On campus hours are generally for initial evaluation, guidance, and basic treatments. On campus hours are covered by Arete, but appointments at clinics are not.

Check out the article below, about how physical therapy can help high school athletes and prevent sports injuries!

CarLife Charger of the Week
Sheppard Small - Freshman- Varsity Baseball
Week of 3/16-3/19

"Shep" was dominant as a pitcher last week, striking out 17 batters in six innings of work. He has been working on his craft for months and executed each of his four pitches effectively. At the plate, Shep served as an effective lead off batter, scoring five times in the three games. He also racked up three hits, two of which were doubles, and four RBIs.

Clay Oetjen- Freshman- Varsity Baseball
Week of 3/22-3/27

Clay's nomination is more of a continuation from the first week of the season. In our first four games, Clay is 8 for 12, with six RBIs. Two of his hits were triples. He is currently leading the team in hits, batting average, RBIs, and on base percentage, and slugging percentage. Great start to the season Clay!

 Sideline Store Remains Open 24/7/365!
Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
