Welcome to Homecoming Week 2019 at Arete Prep! The events will get started with a
Pep Rally, on Wednesday 9/11 during advisories. Friday 9/13 is a busy night, with JV (4:30) and Varsity (5:30) Volleyball matches, and Varsity Football at 7:00. All three Charger teams will go up against Superior HS. Let's pack the gym, the field, and show Superior what we are all about. Be loud, be proud, and be positive! Phoenix Rising FC Community Night
Thanks to everyone that came out to the Phoenix Rising game Saturday night! We ended up with 63 students, parents, teachers, and coaches at the game. A late goal gave Rising a 1-0 win and their 18th consecutive victory!
CarLife Charger of the Week (9/2-9/7):
Noah McClelland- Varsity Football
Noah persevered through injury and cramping throughout the game Friday night, to catch 5 passes for 167 yards and a touchdown in the Chargers 40-24 win over Baboquivari. He also racked up 9 tackles in leading a strong defensive team effort. Noah leads by example and his effort and competitive attitude help set the tone for the 2019 Chargers, who are off to a 2-1 start.
Congratulations Noah, our first COTW for 2019!
