LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Charter Authorizing Panel met for a Special Meeting on April 14th, 2025. The panel works to oversee the "authorization, renewal, revision, and revocation of charters."

II.1. Request by Arkansas Military and First Responders Academy to Voluntarily Transfer Charter to Exalt Academy of Southwest Little Rock

Presenter:  Dr. Darrell Smith, Assistant Commissioner, Office of School Choice and Parent Empowerment

The panel motioned to approve the voluntary transfer of the Charter from AMFRA to Exalt Academy.
