IIII.1. Fountain Lake Middle School Cobra Digital Prep Academy
The panel approved rescission of the Fountain Lake Middle School Cobra Digital Prep Academy charter as of June 30, 2024. All associated waivers will be rescinded at that time.
III.2. Fort Smith Virtual Academy
The panel approved the Fort Smith Virtual Academy request to change the current grade levels served from Grades K-12 to Grades 6-12.
III.3. Pinecrest Academy Fayetteville
The panel approved the Pinecrest Academy Fayetteville request to defer the school start date to August 2025 with the stipulation that they provide an update at the October meeting.
III.4. CIVICA Career and Collegiate Academy Bentonville
The panel approved the CIVICA Career and Collegiate Academy Bentonville request to defer the school start date to August 2025 with the stipulation that they provide an update at the October meeting.
III.5. Founders Classical Academies of Arkansas
The panel approved the Founders Classical Academies of Arkansas request to amend the grades levels served at the Founders Classical Academy Online campus from Grades K-12 to Grades 7-12; amend the grade levels served at the Founders Classical Academy Bentonville campus from Grades K-7 to Grades K-8; change the name of Founders Classical Academy Online to iSchool Virtual Academy of Arkansas; and close Founders Classical Academy Online Elementary LEA 0442702.
III.6. Cabot Panther Academy
The Cabot Panther Academy withdrew their request to add a new campus to be located within the Cabot School District at 407 S. Polk Street, Cabot, Arkansas; and change the grade levels served from Grades 5-12 to Grades K-12.
