If you have been using any of the resources we have provided on our Staying Active with the Y at Home web page or following along with our Facebook Live classes or YouTube please check-in to record your workout.

This is especially crucial for our insurance based members, be sure to check-in for every day you exercised.

If you did not check-in before exercising, that's OK! You can go back to record your past workouts too.
