ChildCareEd Business Broker Program

The ChildCareEd Business Broker Program helps connect people who are interested in buying, selling, opening, or expanding a child care business. The program is led by Hwaida Hassanein and provides a private way for potential buyers, sellers, and consulting clients to share their goals and explore next steps. 

All interested contacts should first complete the Private Child Care Business Buyer/Seller Interest Form. After the form is reviewed, qualified leads may be scheduled for a free consultation with Hwaida. From there, they may be offered support such as buyer readiness, seller readiness, licensing help, property review, staff training, or business consulting. 

When someone asks about buying, selling, opening, or getting help with a child care business, send them the interest form first so we can review and organize the lead properly.
