Making Authentic Friendships

The gift of friendship is something we all need. Making friends is also sometimes easier said than done.

This partner program shares it's web-based application that helps individuals with disabilities and special health care needs (age13+) find friends, based off their geolocation, diagnosis, age and interests.

The more people and care givers sign up, the better the opportunity is to meet new friends!

Everyone deserves authentic friendships!

Your Feedback Matters.PNG

NH Family Ties invites you to “share your knowledge” and become a part of the family strengthening movement here in NH and on a National level due to our Nationwide Partnerships and P2P USA Alliance Membership.

If you or a family member experience a disability, you advocate daily for needs that are important to you or your loved one.

NH Family Ties would like to offer you the opportunity to take the next step in advocacy and leadership and become a NH Family Ties Advisor.

As opportunities become available, you'll be asked if you would like to participate in taking survey's, trainings, attend a focus group or serve on a committee or council. Your participation is completely voluntary and your availability at the time of contact.

Become a Family Advisor - Register!

Our hope is that through these connections ones overall well-being is enhanced by the sharing of information and resources and knowing they are not alone in their own journey or in their journey of caring for a loved one with a disability or a special health care need.
