Greetings!
It's officially Fall!
This is one of our favorite seasons on Cape Cod. The days are warm and inviting, without being too hot and the nights are crisp and cool - just perfect sleeping weather. We're thinking about planting bulbs during the day and sitting around a fire pit in the evening.
More than likely you're ready to decorate for the season and we've got you covered. Visit the pumpkin patch under the new beautiful shade frame and check out incredible colors and varieties of pumpkins, gourds and best fall offerings.
And while you're here why not grab a great seasonal photo? Take your own selfie or ask one of our staff to snap a picture of you.
In her blog this week CL Fornari writes "It’s time to plant bulbs, and we have tips for how to prevent animal damage." Follow CL's advice and hopefully those critters won't get those bulbs! Also, we've got lots both virtual and in-person coming up soon - check out our events page for more information.
Our staff is knowledgeable and passionate about gardening. Bring us your questions, with pictures if you like. We'll help you be successful in your projects.

Pets of Hyannis Country Garden
Our own Maple wanted to pose for us this week out among the pumpkins and mums...and who are we to say no? Maple the Rescue Chiweenie lives with our President and GM Jocelyn Duffley. She can often be seen around our nursery and garden center, visiting with her many fans.

*ChiWinnie = Chihuahua + Dauschund. Pretty cute, huh?
We are dog-friendly at HCG - and cat-friendly too. All well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome at Hyannis Country Garden...in fact we've put water bowls out for them around the nursery. We've got pet food, treats, and toys for dogs and cats alike.

Do you have a pet that loves #hyanniscountrygarden? Send us a picture of them along with whatever makes them happy when they're here...maybe it's a treat or a toy - you tell us! We'll try to feature your pet in our newsletter or on social media. Click here to send that picture!
