Exciting news! This week, through your support, Louisiana Right to Life launched the "Keep Louisiana Pro-Life" RV Tour, which will make its way across Louisiana from February 27th through the start of the legislative session and then ending on Pro-Life Day at the Capitol on May 10th.

The aim of our tour is to reach Louisiana citizens with the message that every life is worth protecting, that every mom should be offered assistance, and that Louisiana should keep our pro-life laws in place.

Abbeville resident and pro-life speaker Dustin Bertrand will share his inspiring testimony at tour stops, a beautiful story of choosing hope in the face of immense adversity.

In Louisiana, we are thankful that over 60% of our population is pro-life, but we must continue to work in educating citizens on the abortion, especially as we anticipate threats to our pro-life laws in the coming months at the Capitol.

We also hope that through this tour more people will be challenged to protect life, even when those lives are conceived in difficult circumstances, as well as activated to love and support moms in need.

An influential group in Louisiana that has long opposed abortion access is calling out medical providers and their legal advisers who – for an apparent fear of liability – have cited the state’s ban on most abortions to deny treatments that remain legal.

Florina Ann Roy Alexander, a champion of unborn babies passed away on December 19th of 2022. She was a caring mother of 12 children, and a trailblazer in Louisiana among elected officials. She assisted with many of our pro-life efforts.

From Catholic News Agency, "Mark Houck, the pro-life father of seven who was acquitted Monday in federal court of charges of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, said he is planning to sue the FBI and other authorities following his ordeal."
