Georgia Archives Month

Whether you are a researcher, local history buff, or interested in tracing your family tree, the library has a wealth of genealogy and history materials to assist you. Check out online resources and visit our special collections at Bull Street Library, Hinesville Library, and Springfield Library.

African American Newspapers

NEW RESOURCE! The African American Newspapers database brings you more than 350 newspapers chronicling the African American experience from 1827 to 1998, including The Savannah Tribune, dating back to 1875. Free access with your library card.


Need help with homework, writing a paper, or polishing your resume? Tutor.com has free, real-time tutoring from subject matter experts online daily from 3 PM - 10 PM. Tutor.com also offers SAT exam prep, a skills center, job resources, and more! Use your library card for access.

Digital Inclusion Week

October 7-11: Libraries play a vital role in communities by providing open access to technology. Live Oak Public Libraries offers free computers, internet, and Wi-Fi for all. We also have computer classes, coding classes, as well as print, copy, and fax services.

Anniversary Celebration
