FRIENDS OF BTR CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC RAISES $15,000 FOR ARC BATON ROUGE
The 18th Annual Friends of BTR Charity Golf Classic raised $15,000 for The ARC Baton Rouge at this year’s tournament. The ARC Baton Rouge’s program facilities flooded in 2016, and they have faced a number of fundraising challenges since then. They subsequently had to discontinue the Plane Pull event at BTR, which was one of their largest fundraisers. The Baton Rouge Metro Airport decided to make The ARC Baton Rouge the recipient of the funds raised at t his year’s tournament.
