Introducing Amy, our
Gentle Yoga Instructor
Amy has been teaching yoga at Hope Connections for four years. She has taught many types of yoga, including adult and children's classes, paddle board yoga and chair yoga. In her free time, she enjoys doing acro yoga, hiking and spending time with her 11-year-old fraternal twin daughters.

Amy loves teaching at Hope Connections because it offers her an opportunity to help participants destress and feel better in their bodies.

Studies have shown that breast cancer survivors who exercised 3-5 hours a week, experienced a 50% decrease in mortality rates, and that exercise programs can provide an estimated 50% decrease in recurrence across cancers.

We Couldn't Do It Without You!!
