How to check if you’ll receive a 1099 form

A new year means tax time is approaching, and we’ll be mailing 1099 forms. Before you call Agent Service Support to ask about your 1099, please note:

Your 1099 form for 2023 will be mailed no later than Jan. 31, 2024. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
1099s are only sent for earnings of $600 or greater.
You can view your earned income for 2023 to see if you’re eligible for a 1099 by following three steps:

Sign into the agent portal and select Commission Statements.
Enter the date range of Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023.
Scroll to the bottom to see your total. You can download an Excel or PDF version for your records.

Start earning more with 2024 incentives

With the new year comes new incentives. You have three opportunities to bring home extra cash.

Medicare Supplement incentive

You can make more money with a Medicare Supplement incentive between Jan. 1, 2024, and March 31, 2024. After three approved and taken policies, you will receive:

$150 for each underwritten application
$15 for each open enrollment, guaranteed issue, or special enrollment period application

Between Jan. 1, 2024, and March 31, 2024, you can earn more after a minimum of five qualifying Hospital Indemnity, Dental, or First Diagnosis Cancer insurance applications in any combination are submitted and approved. And with two payout tiers, the more you sell, the more you’ll make.

Short-term

Care incentive

Start the year strong with a Short-term Care incentive. After three qualifying applications are submitted and approved between Jan. 1, 2024, and March 31, 2024, you’ll receive $150 for each application.
