Annual Scholarship Dinner Nears - Final Deadlines

December 10 will be a special night to celebrate all that a Columbus Torah Academy education offers to our students and to our Columbus community.

Space is limited, but RSVPs are still being accepted for the sit-down dinner and program highlighting our school and esteemed honorees. Learn about our amazing honorees here.

All proceeds from the Scholarship Dinner benefit the Scholarship Fund which supports a CTA education and the value of tuition for all students as well as provides tuition assistance to remove any financial barriers to a CTA education.

With the war in Israel, rising anti-semitism, and an increasingly concerning world, CTA is a haven for our students to unashamedly be proud to be Jewish and to learn the skills that tie them to our Jewish heritage, traditions, and our homeland in Israel.

Final deadlines are near for Scholarship Dinner Journal.

CTA Represents at DC Rally for Israel

As plans across the country were coming together by the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) for a pro-Israel rally in Washington DC, it was easy for Rabbi Drandoff to make the quick decision to cancel Upper School classes on November 14 and mobilize a way for CTA to join on the National Mall to hear from an all start line up of Israel supporters.

Three buses with CTA students, staff, parents, alumni, and supporters embarked on an overnight trip made possible by generous sponsors. Buses were provided by JewishColumbus and special add ons like a bagel breakfast in Silver Spring, Metro card travel, and pizza dinner made the trip special and meaningful.

"CTA stood at the center of history with our students standing shoulder to shoulder with 300,000 fellow supporters of Israel on the National Mall", remarked Rabbi Drandoff. "We all drew inspiration from the many people taking a day from work, from school, from everything to support Israel and chant cries to bring the hostages home. I ran into so many CTA alumni and supporters."
