Change Champion of the Month - Marquis Swann

Marquis has been nominated as a Change Champion for his outstanding work updating restroom descriptions. He played a key role in collecting the data needed to ensure restroom information was accurate and up to date. Throughout the project, Marquis worked closely with his supervisor, Scott Versteegh, whose support helped drive the effort forward.

Cody Sizemore, director of business and quality improvements, shared his appreciation:

"A big thank you to Scott and Marquis for their support on this project. They kept us informed of their progress throughout the effort and took additional steps by identifying and reporting rooms with incorrect room labels or descriptions. Their attention to detail and proactive communication helped improve the overall quality of our data. We appreciate their partnership and dedication!"

Nominate someone who you think demonstrates the qualities of a change champion! A change champion is someone who has helped others see a different perspective and adopt new skills in one of the above projects.
