Hello Friends,

🍂Fall is in full effect and if you haven't had a chance to take a spin on PBS LearningMedia, now's your chance. See for yourself how the wide-variety of NY State standards-aligned subjects can add to classroom learning. WSKG Director of Education, Brieanna Moreno, walks you through PBS LearningMedia in the following video:

✍️Perhaps the course offerings will spark some creative writing ideas for your students — which would be ideal! It's time to start thinking about the WSKG Student Writing Challenge.

WSKG Education is now accepting submissions for the annual event celebrating student creativity in fiction, non-fiction, and poetry.

Download the necessary Submission Form, and while you're at it, access the Classroom Poster you can print out for your school too.

The WSKG Student Writing Challenge is open to students from our expansive broadcast area. It's a great way to bring the community together, celebrating the best and brightest writers in grades K-12.

Best of luck to all, and we look forward to reading your student's submissions.

Featured content includes existing episodes from MOLLY OF DENALI, DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD, and WILD KRATTS, as well as an hour long ARTHUR movie!
