Cornwall Library Newsletter March 2020
From the Library Director...

I hope you are enjoying our brand-new doors! In order to keep our public safe, we were closed in mid-February for two days while under construction. The payoff for your patience? Doors that are not only shiny-new, but also hands-free. They will make it easier for everyone visiting the Library, and bring more ADA accessibility to our building. The doors were paid for by a generous grant from our late beloved Senator Bill Larkin and our current Senator, James Skoufis.

Speaking of Senator Skoufis, we invite you to bring your children in on March 5th at 6 pm to hear the Senator read the book, Ebenezer has a Word for Everything, in our Youth Services area.

We have many programs coming in March, some familiar and some new. One in particular, Digital Literacy for Seniors, is aimed at those who may need to learn how to use a computer. This series of classes will begin on March 2 and will run for four consecutive Mondays.

And don't forget our annual Irish music concert on March 29 at 2pm at Munger Cottage. Always a crowd pleaser, the program promises to be another fun afternoon of fantastic music.

See you at the Library!!
