Change Champion of the Month

Ginger Burcham!

Ginger has been nominated as a change champion for her work on the space project. Ginger has been instrumental in ensuring that accurate drawings are being uploaded to AiMReADY as quickly as possible. She has also demonstrated strong collaboration with space stakeholders, including building managers, while maintaining open and effective lines of communication.

Pam Crowe, School of Pharmacy Building Manager, had this to say about working with Ginger, "Ginger is tactful and insightful when determining our space needs, and her floor plan test fit drawings have accurately reflected our needs as well as offered creative options and possibilities. Ginger is a thoughtful communicator, keeping us in the loop about next steps. She has been transparent about the overall project objectives and possible impact."

Nominate someone who you believe demonstrates the qualities of a change champion! A change champion is someone who has helped others see a different perspective and adopt new skills in one of the above projects. If you have someone you would like to nominate, please email us at projectdelivery@umaryland.edu.
