Mandatory New Member Orientation

Must be completed within 90 days of joining the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®; in order to maintain your membership. Held once per quarter on the 2nd Friday of the month every quarter from 8:30-3:30pm. Breakfast and lunch is provided.

Cost is FREE (New Members Only) 

Not a new member, but want to earn 3 CE credits??? Sign up for just the Code of Ethics training from 12:00-3:30.

Cost: $5 Lunch Provided

Lunch and Learn: Out Of The Box Marketing for Real Estate Professionals

Imagine a world where real estate isn't just about listings and open houses—it's about creating unforgettable experiences. In our whirlwind two-hour journey, we explore the uncharted territories of real estate marketing, daring to think beyond the conventional and embrace the extraordinary.

Bowling Tournament & Fundraiser

Get your bowlers together for some friendly competition for a great cause! $20 per bowler, lanes up to 5 bowlers, includes shoe rental for 2 hours! Cash bar, light food provided, and 50/50. 

Spectators can sign up for just $10 and will include light food. 

Industry Partners: There will be one spot on each lane reserved just for our affiliates. We will assign you each to a team and feature you as a sponsor throughout. We ask that all affiliate members sign up using the appropriate affiliate sign up. 

Benefitting "Do it for Dean". Dean is a pre-school student in Stillwater Township with Choreoathetoid Cerebral Palsy and Tracheomalacia. The funds we raise will help his family to make their home more accessible for his disabilities and the medical equipment he needs for everyday life.

Be honest, how old is your headshot? Affiliate Partner, Steve Krumenaker Photography, will be joining us at the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® to do headshots for our members at a deeply discounted price. In our business, brand consistency and professional recognition is so important. In a digital world, where many people are "meeting" you online before anything else, a professional headshot is critical. It expresses confidence and competence. Appointments will be 30 minutes each and includes rights to the photo of your choice.
